1) CANCELLATION OF ENROLMENT 

If you cancel your Enrolment within 24 hours of completing your enrolment for this program, EP will cancel your enrolment in the Program and refund you the total amount you have paid less any cancellation costs.

All requests to cancel your Enrolments must be received by EP in writing, by email to contact@eeshapatel.com

Please allow up to 10 business days after your refund has been approved for your refund to be processed.

B. After The Cooling-off Period

There are no cancellations available after the 24 hour cooling-off period.

C. Cancellation Costs

If you have completed or used any components of your Program then the cost of this will be deducted from any refund you are eligible for. This includes all programs, coaching, products and other bonus items received as these are non-returnable and non-refundable.

You may reschedule these for no charge – provided another date is available - if you give written notice at least 24 hours prior. If it is less than 24 hours before then you will forfeit that Appointment and must book again.

You may reschedule these for no charge – provided another date is available - if you give written notice at least 30 days prior. If it is less than 30 days before the Program starts then you will be charged a $250 Late Transfer fee in order to reschedule.

If you do not attend an event you are enrolled in and provide no written request to reschedule then you will forfeit the full cost of that event and a credit is not available.

Your Program must be completed within 12 months from the original date of the agreement. There will be no credit for Programs not completed within this time, including rescheduled appointments.

If EP makes any Program Changes – including change any session times, seminar or dates, venue, city, speaker, content, title or hours – EP may do so by notifying you of the changes made. There is no refund available under any of these circumstances, yet we will waive the usual fees.

All payment plans must be completed as agreed in order for you to participate in your Program and any Appointments. For any single Event you must have fully paid the value of that Event before you can attend unless stated in the payment plan above or approved prior in writing by EP.

For ongoing Programs with multiple sessions this means that your payment plan must be paid on time and if it is not up to date then you will not be allowed to attend the next event in the Program or schedule your next Appointment. You also must have finalised all payments in order to complete a Program or be certified (where applicable).

Your payment plan will be setup via credit card or direct debit and this will be processed by EP automatically as scheduled.

Any declined payments will be attempted for 3 consecutive days and after this time an additional $25 processing fee will be charged.

Any requests to change your payment plan or update your credit card or bank account details must be received in writing 3 business days prior to your scheduled debit date. It is your responsibility to advise EP and refunds will not be given due to your failure to notify within this time frame.

In this Program EP is not acting in the capacity of a doctor, psychologist or other licensed or registered professional, and any advice given by EP is not meant to take the place of advice by these professionals. All information you receive should not be regarded as medical, legal or financial advice and there is no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of such information.

You release EP from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, which you ever had, now have or will have in the future against EP, arising from your past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to, the Program.

EP will respect your privacy and keep your information private, and will not share your information to any third party unless compelled by law. We ask that you respect the privacy of other participants and hold any personal information disclosed in confidence.

The laws of Western Australia govern this agreement. Should any part of this agreement be deemed unenforceable, the remaining portions of the Agreement shall be severed and remain in full force. All terms, conditions and warranties implied by statute that are excludable are excluded from this agreement. For such terms, conditions and warranties implied by statute that are not excludable, our liability for breach of such conditions and warranties is limited to the total amount paid by you to EP.

The Terms of Use of Eesha Patel’s websites include this Disclaimer, the Privacy Policy and any other Terms and Conditions that appear in or are linked to Eesha Patel’s websites (Additional Terms and Conditions).

The Additional Terms and Conditions that appear on Eesha Patel’s website will govern your use of, and access to, certain sections of Eesha Patel’s Website where they appear.
